<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack sealant that can prevent the swelling due to an air pocket. <P>SOLUTION: A polyvinyl chloride resin-based sealant consists mainly of a polyvinyl chloride resin, wherein a coarse-grained polyvinyl chloride resin having a particle size of 10-50 μm is used as the polyvinyl chloride resin. The temperature where the viscosity-changing rate from a temperature gelation curve becomes +30% is set to be the gel-melting start temperature, which then is raised to 90-110°C, thus retarding the beginning of gelation. Thereby, the viscosity at the beginning of gelation can be kept low, and air in the air pocket can be smoothly discharged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
