<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress stopping of printing operation as an image forming apparatus including a subsequent job by a job in which an error has occurred. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a means for interpreting a printing condition of an entirety of a job when starting the job and determining whether or not an occurrence of an error can be predicted, and when it is determined that the occurrence of an error can be predicted, storing data of the job in a memory region and terminating the job; a means for interpreting data for one page before printing each page included in the job and determining whether or not an occurrence of an error can be predicted, and when it is determined that the occurrence of an error can be predicted, canceling printing of the subsequent page, storing data of the job in the memory region, and terminating the job; and a means for determining whether or not an error has occurred during printing of each page included in the job, and when it is determined that an error has occurred, canceling printing of the subsequent page, storing data of the job in the memory region, and terminating the job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
