<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent new communication from becoming unable to start regardless of existence of a free line in a radio communication system. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication system 1 according to an embodiment is able to communicate between a master station 2 and a slave station 71 through three lines: a first channel, second channel, and third channel, and is able to use the third channel as a control channel. The radio communication system 1 comprises: detection means 17; holding means 19; and switching means 20. The detection means 17 detects a switching event indicating that the third channel is being used for communication and the first channel or second channel is an idle state. The holding means 19 shifts communication on the third channel to a holding state and disconnects the third channel if the detection means 17 has detected the switching event. The switching means 20 constructs a line made of the first channel or second channel in the idle state, allocates the communication in the holding state to the constructed line, and cancels the holding state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
