PURPOSE: A method and device for forming a flexible membrane are provided to efficiently product a flexible membrane or film while restraining a thickness deviation. CONSTITUTION: A method and device for forming a flexible membrane comprises: a step of flowing dope to a movable support; a step of evaporating a solvent from a flexible membrane which is formed on a surface of the movable support; a step of cooling the flexible membrane by being a state able to be returned; a step of separating the flexible membrane from the movable support; a step of heating the movable support; and a step of heating the flexible membrane by using heat applied to the movable support.
