<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer sheet for recording character information capable of reducing thermal damage to a thermal head or the thermal transfer sheet, achieving compatibility between excellent image quality of an image information part, and speeding up and miniaturization of a printer, and moreover, capable of being wound in an even roll-like form even with reheating by thermal transfer during recording of the character information in manufacturing an information recording body in which an image is formed on a body to be recorded by a post-chelating system, and then, the character information is recorded by the thermal transfer in a part other than an image forming part on a base material. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer sheet includes at least the base material, a color material layer arranged in a part on the base material, and a heating promoting layer arranged in a part in which the color material layer is not arranged on the base material. The heating promoting layer is patterned so as to correspond to a part in which the image information is printed on the body to be recorded. Moreover, the heating promoting layer is arranged on the base material with a thickness that equalizes a thickness of the thermal transfer sheet in the part with the color material layer and that of the thermal transfer sheet in the part with the heating promoting layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
