<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow sunk cutting swarf or grinding swarf and fine cutting swarf in cutting oil agent or grinding swarf to be automatically collected using one motor without the collection labor of an operator into a cutting swarf box or a grinding swarf box with a scraping plate attached to a distal end of a bar. <P>SOLUTION: A series of operations of discharging sunk cutting swarf or grinding swarf by an outer scraper 10, simultaneously attracting fine cutting swarf or grinding swarf in a cutting oil agent or a grinding oil agent to a lower surface outer side of a rotor 8 by a magnet 9 provided inside the outer rotor 8 to perform the collection from the inside of a cutting liquid agent or a grinding agent, and performing the conveyance to the outside of a machine by an inner scraper 14 are simultaneously and automatically performed by connected components using one motor 1, and the cutting swarf or the grinding swarf can be thereby collected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
