<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LCX (leaky coaxial cable) that does not increase manufacturing costs and that stabilizes coupling loss in the length direction of the cable, and to provide a method of manufacturing the LCX, which enables the inexpensive manufacture of the LCX having the coupling loss stabilized in the length direction of the cable. <P>SOLUTION: In a leaky coaxial cable, a central conductor 102, an insulator 103 covering the central conductor 102, and an external conductor 104 covering the outside of the insulator 103 constitute a coaxial structure; a plurality of slot parts 101 for forming a leaked electromagnetic field are formed in the external conductor 104; and the external conductor 104 is covered with an outer sheath 105. In the external conductor 104, a metal tape, on which shapes of apertures serving as the slot parts 101 are printed with resist ink and fixed and in which the apertures are formed by passage through a liquid corroding a metal, is wound around an outer peripheral surface of the insulator 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
