The device can be used as an automatic vending machine or terminal for simultaneous recording and presenting of different information (content) by and to a plurality of users simultaneously, i.e. can be used as a multi-user terminal. The technical result consists in the possibility of the sale of multimedia content by several users simultaneously by both wired and wireless means with the possibility of users located away from the terminal performing sale transactions remotely within the communication range. The terminal for simultaneous recording of information by a plurality of users comprises a housing, a monitor, a bill/coin receiver or a bank card reader, writers intended for writing disks or flash storage devices, and/or communication devices in the form of wired or wireless transceivers connected to a control unit or a computer with the possibility of the reception and transmission of content to digital mobile devices of a user. The terminal is connected to the Internet via a communication line and is in the form of a proxy server providing access to the Internet to all digital mobile communication devices of users located within the wireless Wi-Fi and/or WiMAX communication area by means of payment via virtual payment systems and bank cards.
