<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin constituent which maintains the original function of an ultraviolet insensitive layer and also satisfies both (1) reduction of static electricity when peeling a cover film and (2) temporal stability of the photosensitive resin constituent and a film. <P>SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin constituent for letterpress printing plate is used that is formed by laminating at least a support, a photosensitive resin layer, an ultraviolet insensitive layer, and a cover film in this order, in which the ultraviolet insensitive layer is composed of an ultraviolet insensitive composition including a binder polymer, an antistatic agent, and an oil absorbing material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
