REMOVABLE PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which simultaneously satisfies excellent adhesiveness and highly advanced removability to cope with a high speed peeling treatment with a label automatic peeling device, and to provide a method for producing the removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.

SOLUTION: The removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet includes: a substrate 1; a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 provided on one face of the substrate 1; and a pressure-sensitive adhesion preventing layer 5 provided as a pattern on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4; wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is composed of pressure-sensitive adhesive microspheres 2 and an adhesive 3 to stick the pressure-sensitive adhesive microspheres 2 to the substrate 1, and an average particle diameter h1of the pressure-sensitive adhesive microspheres 2, an average thickness h2of a layer of the adhesive 3, and an average thickness h3of the pressure-sensitive adhesion preventing layer 5 satisfy a relation of h1≥h2+h3.
