PURPOSE: A tungsten sheet with flexibility and resilience using tungsten powder, a cloth made by the method, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a tungsten sheet which has flexibility but does not cause fragmenting or breakage by pressing a high-density material at a high pressure. CONSTITUTION: A tungsten sheet with flexibility and resilience using tungsten powder is made by mixing tungsten powder with a compound. The compound contains an isocyanate-group ester polymer compound. The content of tungsten powder is 80-95 wt%. A radiation shielding suit(100) is made out of the tungsten sheet into a vest form with Velcro tapes(170).
