<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dummy cart which can enhance the operation rate of an electronic component attachment device without stopping the mounting work of a device by a work occurring when changing the production model, or can contribute to setup of the next period production model, and to provide an electronic component attachment device and an electronic component attachment method having high operation rate using the dummy cart. <P>SOLUTION: The dummy cart comprises an isolation means which can be installed in the component supply area of an electronic component attachment device where a component supply cart having a plurality of feeders for feeding an electronic component is installed, and isolates the component supply area and the outside of the electronic component attachment device from the point of view of safety, a connection recognition means for making the electronic component attachment device recognize the fact that it is installed in the component supply area, and a dummy cart perception means for making the electronic component attachment device percept the fact that it is uninvolved in attachment of the electronic component to a substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
