<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll fluid machine that can suppress the shaft deflection. <P>SOLUTION: The scroll fluid machine 1 includes: a fixed scroll and a turning scroll; a shaft 51 for transmitting power to the turning scroll; and a housing 2 for storing them. The scroll fluid machine 1 also includes: a main bearing 52 and a sub bearing 53 that are installed in the housing 2 and rotatably support the shaft 51; a lip seal 71 that is arranged between the main bearing 52 and the sub bearing 53 in order to seal a clearance between the housing 2 and the shaft 51; and a sleeve 8 that is fitted on the shaft 51 between the main bearing 52 and the lip seal 71 in order to reinforce the rigidity of the shaft 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
