[Problem] To facilitate the operation of pushing an endoscope and a treatment tool into a single hole. [Solution] A tubular part for accommodating an operation member for remotely operating a distally disposed movable imaging unit, and a guide hole for guiding a treatment tool, are integrated with an insertion member having the imaging unit. The guide part for guiding the treatment tool is integrated with the insertion member for movably holding the imaging unit at the distal end of the insertion member. Therefore, an image of an area within a predetermined range can be captured merely by pushing in the endoscope device through a single hole without the need to rotate the endoscope. Also the hole can be prevented from changing in shape, and access of the treatment tool to the desired site can be facilitated. |
