NEGATIVE ELECTRODE PLATE FOR NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY, NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY, AND BATTERY PACK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery from which discharge at a later stage is easily grasped during discharging and which is excellent in output/input characteristics, and also to provide the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using the negative electrode plate for the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, and a battery pack.

SOLUTION: The negative electrode plate for the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is constituted by containing a metal oxide capable of alkali ion insertion/elimination reaction in an electrode active material layer as a binder for fixing electrode active material particles onto a current collector, and causing a discharge potential of the metal oxide capable of alkali ion insertion/elimination reaction to be higher than that of the electrode active material particles.
