<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of receiving evaluation of content created by one user from another user in an area where the one user lives with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor repeats retrieval of another information processor in a short-distance wireless communication range, automatically and wirelessly connects to the other information processor, automatically transmits data to the other information processor wirelessly connecting to the information processor, and automatically receives data transmitted from the other information processor. Based on operation by a user, the information processor generates evaluation data indicating evaluation, by the user, of data content indicated by the received data.
