<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material-extruding container having a simple structure for reliably achieving forward movement of a moving body and further only a certain amount of backward movement of the moving body. <P>SOLUTION: The coating material-extruding container 100 is configured such that a body cylinder 2 and an operation cylinder 3 are relatively rotated in one direction to move the moving body 6 forward, and the cylinders are relatively rotated in the other direction to move backward the moving body 6 moved forward only by a certain amount, and the coating material-extruding container has a ratchet member 5 and a ratchet mechanism.
