The purpose of the present invention is to provide a forming method for a composite material structure, which is capable of improving the accuracies of the shape and the dimensions of the inside of the composite material structure. A forming method for a composite material structure is characterized by comprising: a winding step for winding a prepreg (2) around an inner die jig (6); a stacking step for stacking plies (8) on the prepreg (2) wound around the inner die jig (6); and a forming step for providing outer plates (4a, 4b) produced from a composite material on the outer periphery of the inner die jig (6) on which the plies (8) are stacked, attaching a divided outer die jig (9), and carrying out forming.
