<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle alarm device installable without taking a vehicle installation place into account and capable of improving the sensitivity of detecting a microwave. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle alarm device 30 includes a fixing member 32a that is installation means enabling installation in a vehicle in both vertical and horizontal postures, a microwave receiver 33 that is reception means for receiving a microwave, and a lamp and a speaker 34 that are alarming means for issuing an alarm based on the microwave received from the microwave receiver 33.
