<p>Provided is a display device that is inexpensive to manufacture, yields excellent visibility, can produce light in an attractive manner, and can be operated reliably. A signal-display light (1) contains: a plurality of light-emitting elements (61, 62, and 63) mounted on a substrate (7); and a plurality of light-guide shaft members (10, 20, and 30) that are optically coupled to the light-emitting elements (61, 62, and 63), respectively. One end (11, 21, or 31) of each light-guide shaft member (10, 20, or 30) has a light-input part (15, 25, or 35) that is optically coupled to the corresponding light-emitting element (61, 62, or 63). Each light-guide shaft member (10, 20, or 30) also has an emission section (16, 26, or 36) on a surface (91, 92, or 93) other than the aforementioned one end (11, 21, or 31). Incident light from each light-input part (15, 25, or 35) is emitted outwards from the corresponding emission section (16, 26, or 36).</p> |
