A laminate sheet manufacturing device (30) manufacturers a laminate sheet (40) by bonding a first resin layer (3) and a second resin layer (4) onto two respective surfaces of a fibrous substrate (2). The laminate sheet manufacturing device (30) includes a transporting means (6) for transporting the first resin layer (3), the second resin layer (4), and the fibrous substrate (2), in a mutually facing state; a chamber (7) where the fibrous substrate (2), the first resin layer (3), and the second resin layer (4) pass through in a mutually facing state; a pressure-reducing means (8) for reducing pressure in the chamber (7); and a compressing means (95) and heating means (9) that together compress and heat the fibrous substrate (2), first resin layer (3), and second resin layer (4) in a mutually facing state, and compression-bonds the sheets together.
