PURPOSE: An online content providing device for a waiting place and a method thereof are provided to enable a consumer to personally select and order a menu at a table without a wait by using an image pager in a specific waiting place. CONSTITUTION: An order service module(102) and a content executing module(110) are installed in a consumer terminal. A charging rack(120) is placed at a specific position of a waiting place. The charging rack performs charging and supporting functions for the consumer terminal. An autonomous waiting place server(130) includes a counter call notification module(132) for notifying the completion of an order and a content update execution module(134). The autonomous waiting place server wirelessly communicates with the consumer terminal.
