RAPID CHARGING SYSTEM FOR A BATTERY BASE ON A PHOTOVOLTAIC GENERATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A rapid charging system for a battery based on a photovoltaic generation system is provided to reduce charging time for the battery using a constant voltage and constant current concurrent charging control method. CONSTITUTION: A three phase bidirectional PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) convertor part(300) changes a DC voltage outputted from a DC link part(200) into a three phase AC voltage. The three phase bidirectional PWM convertor part supplies the changed three phase AC voltage to a system. The three phase bidirectional PWM convertor part stores a predetermined DC output voltage to the DC link part and a battery. An insulation type DC/DC convertor part(400) controls energy saved in the DC link part and the battery in a preset constant voltage and constant current mode.
