PURPOSE: A minced meat forming system is provided to control the quantity of minced meat supplied to a forming groove on a surface of a transfer drum. CONSTITUTION: A rotor blade and a pressure bar(30) are installed on a minced meat supply hopper. The rotor blade supplies minced meat to a forming cast(2). The pressure bar prevents a lump of the minced meat while pressurizing the minced meat through the forming cast. A minced meat supply hole(1'3) is formed on a side of a bottom surface of the minced meat supply hopper. The rotor blade is installed on rotary shaft(1'4) rotated by a motor to control an angle. |
