The wrapped thermal insulation particularly of the metal pipes (1) of the long-distance hot-water lines has at a pipe (1) surface at least one layer of the glass-ceramic hollow bodies (2) and at least one layer of the thermal isolation. The hollow ceramic bodies (2) are at least partly vacuumed and / or filled with the isolation gas. The thickness of one coat of the glass-ceramic hollow bodies (2) from 100 micron to 400 micron, preferably on the surface are two coats of a total thickness of 2 x 350 microns. The thermal insulation material can be a polyethylene foam (3), preferably a polyethylene chemically crosslinked foam (3) with closed-cell structure. The multiple layers of the polyethylene foam (3) are offset by their connections to each other. At the last layer of the insulation can be wrapped a plastic plate (5), a self-adhesive film or a metal flashing. The pipeline (1) isolation method includes at least one coat with hollow glass-ceramic bodies (2), and then the pipe (1) is wounded by the thermal insulation layer. In the case of the reconstruction the method includes stripping of the old layers and cleaning of the pipe (1) surface.
|
