<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit of an asynchronous circuit achieving high speed and low power consumption by returning to an initial state after finishing operations of each circuit block without a special pause phase. <P>SOLUTION: In the asynchronous circuit which performs a series of operations as a plurality of circuit blocks exchange control signals to/from the other circuit blocks, an operation is performed with a trigger of transition of an input control signal from "1" to "0", during the operation, "1" is output as an output control signal, and after finishing completing the operation, the output control signal is returned to "0."
