<p>The aim of the invention is to create a gas socket which allows a gas plug to be connected or disconnected only when an additional cut-off valve is manually closed. Said aim is achieved by providing the housing (1) of the gas socket with a mounting point (36) for a switching element (35) that comprises a switching contour (37) against which one end of a tappet (11; 12) rests, said tappet (11; 12) being mounted in the base (2) of the housing (1), while the other end thereof (11, 12) is coupled to a valve disk (15) of a cut-off valve (8) located in the gas-conducting space (7) of the base (2). Furthermore, the switching element (35) is coupled to a locking mechanism via which a plug-in movement of the gas plug (57) can be prevented in accordance with the position of the switching element (35).</p> |
