The present invention refers to an electric machine for cleaning sheets of standard size intended for baking bread, which reduces the cleaning process to one second per sheet, starting by scraping the front portion of the sheet for subsequently being linearly displaced through a mechanical cleaning system with rollers integral with brushes of synthetic bristles which scrap both surface of the sheet, then being stacked in the receptor area which is able to store forty pieces. The purpose of the invention is to provide a quicker process for cleaning sheets so as to be immediately reused for baking different products of the bakery industry, this reducing costs and times of the process.
