The claimed invention refers to springs and spring units, in particular to a method of fastening the end sections of the cylindrical spring by means of the fasteners of a special construction which can be applied for the simultaneous fastening of more than one spring while producing a spring unit from the coaxially positioned coil tension springs. A fastener of the spring end section in two variants of implementation is proposed, which is made as a composite device and includes a hollow and open at both ends body, a central axial element comprising the central part, the dimensions of the cross-section of which in the direction of the central axial element axis change according to the linear law, and two end sections having constant cross-section, one of which has the less dimensions of cross-section, the other has the bigger dimensions of cross-section, and an end support positioned at the side of the end section having the bigger dimensions of cross-section, at least two fixing elements, each representing a plate stretched in the direction of the central axial element axis, a bearing cap constructed with the possibility of installation on the open end of the body at the opposite side to the end support of the central axial element, and an element for regulating and fixing the axial position of the central axial element in the body cavity. At least one support and at least one hook (in the second embodiment, at least one pair of hooks of different height) projecting beyond the external surface are placed on the external surface of each fixing element and the corresponding apertures are made in the hollow body. A spring unit comprising two fasteners of the above mentioned design, as well as the vertical-lift sectional gates, supplied with a counterbalancing device comprising the said spring unit, are also proposed. |
