Disclosed is a multiligand construct of the structure [F-S1-S2-S3-]nCA useful in therapeutic applications such as preventing viral infection of cells and the initiation of immune responses, wherein the substituents are as described within the specification. Further disclosed are intermediate multivalent constructs for use in the preparation of said multiligand constructs, and a pharmaceutical preparation comprising said multiligand constructs.
