PURPOSE: A rubber-modified styrene-based thermoplastic resin composition is provided to apply to various fields without reduction of mechanical properties and flame retardancy while reducing content of halogen-based flame retardant and antimony-based flame retarding agent. CONSTITUTION: A rubber-modified styrene-based thermoplastic resin composition comprises, based on 100.0 parts by weight of rubber-modified styrene-based resin or 100.0 parts by weight of a rubber-modified styrene-based graft copolymer, and a styrene-based copolymer, 1-25 parts by weight of 2,4,6-tris(2,4,6-tribromophenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine, 1-25 parts by weight of decabromodiphenylethane, 0.5-10 parts by weight of one or more kinds of flame retarding agents selected from antimony trioxide, antimony peroxide, antimony trichloride and antimony metal, and 0.5-10 parts by weight of MgO·SiO2 based flame retarding aid.
