<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film for transfer capable of transferring an antireflection layer with outstanding solvent resistance and uniform thickness having a superb antireflection effect upon light within a visible light range to the surface of a less flexible object such as a plate, and an antireflection-treated object. <P>SOLUTION: This antireflection film has an antireflection layer 2 including a low refractive index layer 2a formed on a support 1 and a high refractive index layer 2b having a higher refractive index than the refractive index of the low refractive index layer 2a, formed on the low refractive index layer 2a, on the support 1, and an adhesive layer 3 formed on the antireflection layer 2. The high refractive index layer 2b contains a metallic oxide fine particle, and an adhesive constituting the adhesive layer 3 contains a curable component and a cellulose resin and a part of the adhesive is incorporated in the high refractive index layer 2b.
