The cover 3 and the body 2 each further comprise at least one member of at least one pair of mutually attractive or repulsive elements, where the mutually attractive or repulsive elements are respectively positioned on the body 2 and the cover 3 so as to draw the body 2 and the cover 3 together when the body 2 and cover 3 are brought into proximity with one another and move the body 2 and cover 3 into locking alignment.
