FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves metered flow of, for example, manure or litter and water-absorbing organic material to the mixer, transfer of the mixture to the fermenter and subsequent aerobic composting. At the end of the fermentation the processed mass is discharged so that the upper layer of the mass located in the fermenter is placed inside the collar, shielding it at the top with the mass layer of the other layers. Inside the collar due to mesophilic microbial processes the temperature is maintained at 45-55C for 3-4 months. ^ EFFECT: invention enables to improve the quality of the finished product, to simplify and reduce the cost of composting technology. |
