<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce not only vibration in a frequency region as a target of control, but also the vibration of the frequency region not as a target of control. <P>SOLUTION: In an active feedback control device, the maximum value of a vibration amount Gc(s) in the frequency region is made to be an evaluation value when the maximum value of a gain margin W(s) is equal to or lower than a threshold γ, and the maximum increase amount of vibration whose increase amount of vibration becomes the maximum is equal to or lower than a threshold α, and in the other cases, the evaluation value is calculated, which indicates control performance of a parameter indicating control characteristics of a controller, by the preset evaluation function having infinity as the evaluation value, and the smallest parameter in the evaluation value is set from parameters having a plurality of combinations based on the evaluation value calculated for the parameters having the plurality of combinations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
