<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction treatment method in which a reduction end point of molten blister copper is specified while cost is controlled, and to provide a reduction treatment apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The reduction treatment method includes: a reducing agent introducing step of introducing a reducing agent into molten blister copper in a refining furnace; a temperature acquiring step of acquiring temperatures of a smoke path through which exhaust gas from the refining furnace passes, at a point closer to the refining furnace than a position where an oxidant for combusting unreacted reducing agent is introduced; and a stopping step of, after the introduction of the reducing agent into the molten blister copper, stopping the introduction of the reducing agent thereinto, when a decreasing width after an amount of variation in the temperature acquired in the temperature acquiring step relative to a time has reached not more than a predetermined value becomes not less than a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
