PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanomaterial weighing and packaging apparatus for reducing dangerous exposure for a worker using a nanomaterial by weighing and packaging of the nanomaterial and washing a container at controlled pressure of a plurality of compartments.

SOLUTION: The nanomaterial weighing and packaging apparatus includes: a compartment A for weighing a nanomaterial and filling to a packaging container; a compartment B for washing an outside of the packaging container transferred from the compartment A; a compartment C for storing the packaging container transferred from the compartment B; a partition wall for partitioning each compartment; a suction fan for keeping a negative pressure in each compartment connected by a duct through a regulating valve; and a control device for controlling the regulating valve of the duct to keep the pressure of the each compartment which satisfies the relation the compartment ACOPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
