<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training apparatus that can be conveniently carried, and easily set up/stored without taking a large space and that is made available at low price. <P>SOLUTION: The training apparatus includes: a base on which a user stands; a pillar member which is installed on the base and provided with a prescribed length; and a string-like expanding/contracting material which is attached in one end to the pillar member, with a tensile force actuating with the other end. The apparatus is configured to have a pillar holding means on the base, connect the proximal end of the pillar member to the pillar holding means, and raise the pillar member in a state inclined to a side receding from the user standing on the base. By the user pulling the other end of the expanding/contracting material against its biasing force, training is made possible with the apparatus. The pillar holding means comprises: a pillar holding part which freely attachably/detachably connect the proximal end of the pillar member; a seat part which maintains inclination of the holding part to make the direction of the pillar holding part adjustable; and a fastening part which connects the seat part to the base to fix the pillar holding part at a desired position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
