The device has an oscillation piston (40) arranged at an end of a turning shaft (3) and a center shaft (4) in a direction of an operation axis line (L). The piston is pushed into a direction to move a button (2) along the direction of the line. A click plate (10) comprises a stop surface, and the piston moves on the stop surface during a tilting operation of the shafts. The piston moves in a predetermined tilting direction during the tilting operation. Linear convex portions are arranged on a side of a movement path such that the portions guide the piston in the tilting direction.
