The present invention provides an annexin V variant, and preparation and use thereof. The annexin V variant has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:1. The annexin V variant of the present invention has a high yield, a high purity, convenience for labeling, a high labeling efficiency, and a high stability, and the biological functions of the annexin V variant are not influenced by a flexible structure added at the C terminus, so that the annexin V variant is applicable to apoptosis detection and disease monitoring. |
