<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology concerning a cooling mechanism for cooling a beverage in multiple stages, wherein the beverage can reliably be dispensed in a prescribed temperature zone, including a below-zero temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A beverage cooling device having at least one water tank type ice cooling mechanism 10 and at least one thermoelectric cooling mechanism 20. The water tank type ice cooling mechanism 10 has a configuration whereby a cooling liquid 6 within a cooling vat 11 is cooled by means of a refrigerating machine 12, thus cooling a first cooling flow path 31 within the cooling vat 11 and cooling beer 5 flowing in the first cooling flow path 31. The thermoelectric cooling mechanism 20 has a configuration whereby a thermoelectric conversion module 21 is cooled by means of the cooling liquid 6, thus cooling a cooling flow path 33 by means of the thermoelectric conversion module 21 and cooling the beer 5 flowing in the cooling path 33. The cooling liquid 6 circulates between the water tank type ice cooling mechanism 10 and the thermoelectric cooling mechanism 20 in the configuration, and the beer 5 is cooled by the water tank type ice cooling mechanism 10 and the thermoelectric cooling mechanism 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
