CONNECTOR, AND SOCKET AND HEADER USED FOR THE CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of improving fitting force between a socket and a header, and the socket and the header used for the connector.

SOLUTION: A connector 1 includes a socket 10 in which a socket side terminal 12 and a socket side holding fitting 30 having an installing piece portion 32a for fixing to a first circuit substrate are arranged on a socket body 11; and a header 20 in which a header side terminal 22 and a header side holding fitting 40 having an installing piece portion 41 for fixing to a second circuit substrate are arranged on a header body 21. The socket 10 and the header 20 are fitted to contact the terminals 12 and 22 each other. On either one of the socket side holding fitting 30 or the header side holding fitting 40, a locking portion 60 which can lock to a fitting wall portion on a counterpart side is provided.
