<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive structure having excellent adhesiveness required for adhesive attachment to a structural member being a rigid body. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive structure is structured for adhesive attachment to the structural member being the rigid body, which is obtained by forming a hard coat layer (a (B) layer), an adhesive primer layer (a (C) layer) and an elastic adhesive layer (a (D) layer) in this order on at least one surface of a light-transmissive base material layer (a (A) layer) made of a thermoplastic resin. The (C) layer has 1-20 μm thickness and 500-4,000 MPa indentation elastic modulus when measured by a nano-indentation method under ≤800 μN load.
