<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of easily installing/removing a display element such as a liquid crystal panel to/from a case and simplifying an assembling process. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus provided with a display element comprises: a holding frame 23 holding a display unit 22 and having an elastic piece allowed to be elastically deformed in a substantially planar direction of a display surface of the display unit 22; a rear unit 21 holding the holding frame 23 and having an aperture part through which the display unit 22 can be viewed from the outside; and a front unit 24 fixed on the rear unit 21 and covering a back side of the display unit 22.
