The base station that communicates with the terminal is provided with a data signal generating unit, which generates data signals with respect to the terminal, and a reference signal multiplexing unit for data signal demodulation, said multiplexing unit multiplexing, with respect to the data signal, the reference signal for data signal demodulation, said reference signal being a known signal for demodulating the data signal. A scramble code included in the reference signal for data signal demodulation is generated on the basis of a first scramble ID and a second scramble ID, which are reported to the terminal from the base station.
