<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which an article or service can be purchased while credit of a provider of the article or service is guaranteed for a user. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal 20a receives data associated with the article or service from a server 10 and outputs the data to a user terminal 20a. The user terminal 20a transmits selection data indicating selection of output data associated with the article or service to a server 10 together with data specifying the user as the selection is accepted. The server 10 specifies the provider by retrieval from a provider DB 18 based upon the received selection data. The server 10 transmits the received data specifying the user to a specified provider terminal 20b.
