<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinking agent exhibiting excellent performance as a crosslinking agent and hardly volatilizing to outside the system after compounding. <P>SOLUTION: The crosslinking agent includes an organoboron compound having three or more partial structures (I) represented by formula (I) in the molecule.
