<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride-based self-adhesive tape or sheet having characteristics equivalent to or more than the self-adhesive tape or sheet using a phthalic acid-based plasticizer, without using phthalic acid-based plasticizers such as DOP, DBP, etc., substantially. <P>SOLUTION: This polyvinyl chloride-based self-adhesive tape or sheet includes a base material layer formed by blending 10-40 pts.wt. of a plasticizer based on 100 pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride-based resin, and a self-adhesive layer formed on one face of the base material layer, where the plasticizer contains at least one kind of plasticizer whose SP value is 9.0 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
