FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: in a coding device, a unit (111) of form quantisation quantises an input spectrum form with small number of positions and polarities of pulses. The unit (111) of form quantisation establishes width of a pulse amplitude, subject to searching later, when searching the pulse position, by the value that does not exceed the width of pulse amplitude sought previously. The unit (112) of amplification quantisation calculates a pulse amplification sought by the unit (111) of form quantisation for each band. ^ EFFECT: reduced distortion of coding compared to a standard method and getting sufficient quality of sound for acoustic sense. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg |
