摘要

The present invention is directed to new borazine derivatives and their use in the manufacture of electronic devices, in particular electroluminescent and semiconductor devices. More specifically, the present invention relates to new stable borazine derivatives comprising boron atoms substituted by aryl groups and to their use in one or more layers of an electroluminescent or a semiconductor device, in particular in the emissive layer of organic light-emitting devices (OLED).
